Fundación SOMOS International Literary Contest is held annually in different literary genres with the aim of supporting and promoting writers at an international level and encourage reading. A Gala Dinner is offered to reward the winners and there are also recognitions to personalities, public officials and organizations that contribute to art, culture and social works. The Contest enjoys international prestige for the success obtained with the participation of thousands of writers from different countries. The SOMOS Foundation collects the winning works for an Anthology that are sent to libraries and universities.
